Give a colleague the enquiries and replies while your personal mail stays private, or share everything. You choose, person by person. Replies can be signed as you or as the team.
One page for every job
A booking lists everyone on it: the customer, and people who are involved, such as a subcontractor or surveyor, each with their role. Every email about the job is on its page. People only involved stay off your campaign lists.

What is due is listed on the job, and follow-ups on its dates arrive as drafts for you to approve. Nothing is sent for you.
Plans
Business (up to 5 people across your mailboxes) and Enterprise (up to 15). Free and Starter are for one person. Colleagues need their own Sprevi account, and extra people on Business are £15 a month each.
Sprevi does not assign enquiries to individual people. Rules, templates, campaigns, follow-ups and filing conversations under a job stay with the owner. A colleague with enquiries-and-replies access sees who is on a job, not its conversations: give them everything if they need those.
