What does the free plan include? expand_more
The inbox report, in full — every enquiry found in your history, who's still waiting on a reply, who went quiet after yours, and your response-rate stats. That's yours free, forever, from a read-only connection. On top of it, your first 10 sends are included — enough to feel replies and follow-ups working on your real enquiries. After those, drafts keep appearing and stay ready; sending them is what you upgrade for. You also get 5 extraction rules, 5 templates, and 3 months of history.
Do replies send automatically? expand_more
Not by default, and that is intentional. Sprevi drafts replies and queues them for your approval; nothing leaves your inbox until you review and send it yourself, unless you switch on a rule or automatic follow-up that sends for you (for example an instant acknowledgement). The automation handles the hard part: identifying the right moment to follow up, selecting the right template, and pre-filling details from the conversation history. Auto-sending pre-approved templates is an Enterprise option, for high-volume situations where manual approval would create delays.
What's the 60-day money-back guarantee? expand_more
All paid plans, monthly or annual, come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If Sprevi isn't right for you, email us within 60 days of your first payment and we'll refund in full, as long as you haven't yet sent your first re-engagement campaign (a bulk send to past enquiries). Replying to and following up live enquiries doesn't count. Once a campaign has gone out the guarantee ends, because that is the value Sprevi delivers, and we'll tell you on the launch page before that point. You can still cancel at any time. No forms, no hoops.
How does annual billing work? expand_more
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — that's 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Annual plans are billed upfront. The same 60-day guarantee applies: if Sprevi isn't right for you within the first 60 days, and you haven't yet sent your first re-engagement campaign, you get the whole year back.
Can I change plans later? expand_more
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Plan inside the app. If you upgrade mid-year on an annual plan, we pro-rate the difference.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? expand_more
Your data is retained. Records or history exceeding a lower plan's limits are archived — not deleted — until you upgrade again.
Where is my data stored? expand_more
Your mailbox remains the source of truth. Sprevi connects to your email provider and stores the message text (subjects and bodies), the fields it extracts and your contact records to power the app, all encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and isolated per mailbox. Attachments are fetched on demand from your provider and are not stored. Your data is not shared with third parties other than the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy.
What email providers are supported? expand_more
Any standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox (cPanel, Rackspace, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) plus native Gmail and Microsoft 365 OAuth for zero-config setup.
Do you charge per mailbox or per user? expand_more
Per workspace subscription: each plan covers a stated number of mailboxes and of people across them (Free and Starter 1, Business 5, Enterprise 15). If a Business team needs more people, each extra person is £15 a month; for now we add them for you on request.
Can my team share a mailbox, and what can they see? expand_more
Yes, on the Business and Enterprise plans (Free and Starter are for one person): everyone on your team can handle enquiries from the same mailbox and see who has what. The conversations a person replies to are labelled for them, you see when a colleague is already replying, and a second reply sent within two minutes of the first is stopped. By default a colleague sees only the enquiries in that mailbox and the replies, not your newsletters, invoices or personal mail. You can give any individual access to everything. They can use your live availability to book customers in, and everyone on a job stays in the loop through its booking. This is enforced on our server. Sprevi does not assign enquiries to individual people.
Will high send volumes affect deliverability or get me blacklisted? expand_more
Protecting your sender reputation is a core design principle. Replies go to people who already emailed you, one at a time, and every send goes through your own IMAP/SMTP, so your reputation stays yours. Campaign emails to past contacts are the part that could look unusual to a mail provider, so they are handled gently: each mailbox warms up (a few emails a day for the first three days), then sends at about 30 a day, spread across the working day, never in a burst. Sprevi watches how each campaign is going (how many are opened, how many bounce, how many unsubscribe) and slows down or pauses by itself, and tells you, if it starts to look risky. Replies and your ordinary email are never held back by that. No tool can guarantee how a mail provider will treat your mail, but pacing it like a person is the best protection.
