See what you’ve been missing

Connect your mailbox and Sprevi works out, from your own mail, which enquiries went unanswered, who went quiet, and what gets people to write back. Nothing to set up and nothing to type.

filter_alt

Real enquiries, sorted from the noise

The problem: your inbox is full of newsletters, invoices, orders and personal mail, so the real enquiries are hard to count.
In Sprevi: enquiries from your website form and from lead sites such as Checkatrade are recognised, even when they arrive from the site’s own address. Everything else is set aside, and you can correct it.

mark_email_unread

Who never heard back

The problem: you think you answer most enquiries, and you cannot easily check.
In Sprevi: a plain count of the enquiries nobody answered and the people who went quiet, oldest first, so you can see who is still worth a message.

timer

What gets people to write back

The problem: nobody can tell you how fast or how long your replies should be for your customers.
In Sprevi: Sprevi looks at your own mail: how quickly you answered, how long the reply was, and how often the person wrote back. These are your numbers, not an industry average, and they set the default timing for your automatic replies.

today

What needs you today

The problem: a busy inbox does not say which message to do next.
In Sprevi: To do lines up the new enquiries, the people who wrote back, the drafts waiting for you and the contacts you care about, and keeps a count of what Sprevi handled for you.

workspace_premium

Returning customers, recognised

The problem: you reply differently to someone who has booked with you before, and you only notice if you remember.
In Sprevi: when someone who booked with you writes in, it is marked on the message. Needs Bookings.

mark_email_read

A summary even when you do not log in

The problem: you are busy, and a report in a dashboard you never open helps nobody.
In Sprevi: Sprevi emails you what it finds: how many enquiries arrived, how many you answered, and who is worth contacting again.
