Win back the people who already know you

A campaign to past enquirers and customers, written for each person, with your real free dates and your latest news. Sent from your own address, gently.

Most operators have hundreds of people in their inbox history who asked about their services and never heard back, or never booked. They are not cold contacts. Sprevi already knows who they are.

Opens, bounces and unsubscribes are watched. If they turn, Sprevi slows down or pauses by itself, and emails you.

Invented names, dates and numbers, for illustration. Free dates need Bookings; the blog post needs a WordPress blog.

What a newsletter tool cannot do

A newsletter tool knows a name and an address. Sprevi also holds the conversation, your bookings and your blog.

auto_awesome

It reads like you wrote it to them

One sentence for the people who asked about a weekend, another for those who wanted a week, a different line for a big job than a small one. Set each one once, and Sprevi picks the right ones for every person. No mail-merge first name pretending to be personal.

event_available

Offer dates you can actually do

Each email shows what is free in your bookings at the moment it goes out, so you never offer a week you have since filled, even on a send that takes weeks to finish. Needs Bookings, Sprevi’s own booking calendar.

rss_feed

Your news, with a reason to read it

When you write to someone for a reason, your newest blog posts go with it, so they hear about your work in a message that is clearly meant for them, not a generic subscription email. A new post can also start a campaign for you to review. Needs a WordPress blog.

See what it brought in

Not just opens: who replied, who told you it is not for them, and, if you keep your jobs in Sprevi’s bookings, the confirmed bookings each campaign produced.

forum

A follow-up that lands in their conversation

Choose the reply style and “just following up, are you still interested?” goes back into the person’s own thread, under the latest message between you, whether that was theirs or yours, as a “Re:”. It is not a new email from a stranger; it is the next message in a conversation they already know. Anyone you have never written to gets it as a new message.

You review the drafts before they go (unless you choose auto-send for a repeating campaign), and every message comes from your own email address, so replies land in your inbox.

Sent gently, so your mailbox stays healthy

Campaign emails come from your own address, so they are paced the way a person would send them. A mailbox warms up: a few emails a day for the first three days, then about 30 a day, spread across the working day and mixed across old and recent contacts, never one big burst. Larger plans can raise that once their results show it is safe.

Sprevi keeps an eye on how each campaign is landing: how many are opened, how many bounce, how many people unsubscribe. If the numbers turn, it slows down or pauses by itself and emails you, and your replies and everyday email carry on as normal. No tool can promise how a mail provider will treat your mail, but sending gently is the best protection there is.

For people you have a good reason to email

Send to people who enquired, bought or asked to hear from you: those who went quiet, those you never replied to, and recent enquirers who have not heard from you in a while. Or upload a list of your own: customers, members, or companies you have a business reason to write to. You confirm you have the right to use the data and why you may email that list, it is kept with the list, you are asked again before every campaign to it, and every email carries an unsubscribe. Anyone who has unsubscribed or bounced is always left out.

You need a good reason to email someone, and that is the same for any email you send in bulk. Sprevi does not build mailing lists, design newsletters or send to strangers. It is the campaign tool for the contacts you already have, with what only your own inbox knows about them.

The sums behind it

An example with round numbers, not a promise. Your list, response rate and job value will differ.

8–12%
example response rate from a re-engagement send to a warm list
£800
example value of a recovered job
1 booking
covers a year of Starter subscription cost

For example: 200 dormant contacts at a 10% response rate = 20 conversations reopened. If 30% of those become bookings, that's 6. At £800 a job, that's £4,800. Put your own figures in.

If you've connected Booking, this isn't a hypothetical — Sprevi counts real confirmed bookings that came from a re-engagement send, not just an estimated conversion rate.

When to run one

wb_sunny
End of quiet season
The leads you couldn't take on in peak season are now available. They may still be looking.
calendar_month
Annual recurring services
Gas safety, boiler service, annual inspections — past clients need rebooking every 12 months. The campaign does the reminder.
event_available
Spare capacity
A cancellation opened up a slot. Your dormant list is a better source of new bookings than advertising.
loop
Quarterly cadence
New lapsed contacts accumulate constantly. Running four times a year means the pipeline never goes cold.
