Connect it, and the first reply is already drafted

Connect read-only, watch your last 90 days get counted, see how many enquiries never got a reply, then open a draft built from how you already write. Want it reworded? An optional AI redraft tailors it to the enquiry. Nothing is sent until you press Send.

Connect your inbox: a Gmail or Outlook button, with a note that the first connection is read-only and nothing is sent, moved or deleted. Scanning your inbox: 4,310 emails scanned across four enquiry sources in the last 90 days, with an import progress bar. Your snapshot: 78 awaiting your reply, 38% going quiet after a reply, and your reply approach summarised in your own voice. The report: 214 people you replied to have gone quiet, 396 enquiries of which 78 still await your reply and 38% went quiet after one, and how reply speed and length change the chance of an answer. What the report suggests: faster, shorter replies could be worth about £9,600 over the same period, with one-click ways to shorten templates or reply automatically within the hour, and when enquiries arrive compared with when you reply. Where to start today: 47 new enquiries awaiting a first reply, 31 still waiting, 214 who went quiet, and 28 who replied. A reply drafted from your own past replies to similar enquiries, with a Redraft with AI option and a Send button for you to press once you have read it. The optional AI redraft: the customer message, one-click tailoring such as mention availability, and a reworded reply to check before sending.

Intelligent Lead Entry

Every lead arrives structured, from your email, contact forms and the ChatBubble website widget.

  • check_circle Custom extraction rules — define {{budget}}, {{location}}, any field your business needs
  • check_circle 29 lead platforms recognised out of the box — Checkatrade, MyBuilder, Bark, Rightmove and more — so platform notifications are tracked as enquiries, and where a platform passes the customer's address through, your replies are matched to the right person
  • check_circle Multi-channel: IMAP email, ChatBubble website widget, platform enquiry forms — all in one inbox
  • check_circle Share a mailbox with colleagues: they see only enquiries and replies unless you give them everything, with a warning before two people reply to the same person

Most businesses don't know what they're missing

You probably think you reply to most enquiries. Most operators do, and most are wrong. Sprevi shows your real reply rate against the benchmark, and which past contacts are still worth reaching.

A monthly summary lands in your inbox whether or not you log in: what happened, what you missed, what to do about it.

bolt Step 3: Act

Respond in Seconds

Stop drafting from scratch. Sprevi prepares a reply from your best templates and the lead’s own details.

  • check_circle To do — one screen that counts what needs you: new enquiries, people still waiting, replies to answer, drafts to approve, bookings starting soon
  • check_circle Each row opens the conversation in place — enquiry rows with a draft ready to review, and nothing sends until you approve it (unless you switch on a rule that does)
  • check_circle Dismiss someone until they write again — it only changes Sprevi, never your mailbox
Suggested Draft
"Hi James, thanks for reaching out! Based on your £1,200 budget for 8 guests, I'd suggest our Sunset Cruiser package..."
calendar_month Step 4: Bookings (optional)

Automation that knows the job started, not just that the email arrived

Turn any enquiry into a tracked booking in one click, so Sprevi knows who is on the job now and who finished weeks ago. Rules and campaigns can react to a booking’s dates, or reach everyone whose booking has ended.

Set your own follow-ups on a booking’s dates. Each one arrives as a draft in your approval queue. Nothing is sent for you, and a new follow-up starts switched off. A job with several people on it can hold them all, with its conversations and what is due. (Business plan.)

Happy with Calendly or another booking platform? This is optional, and nothing about your inbox changes if you keep what you have.
